During our thorough research on Tuscan recipes and vineyards, we were thrilled to discover ancient grape varieties that, despite their rarity, offer unique flavors and aromas, always in accordance with Tuscan tradition.
Among our specialties, we adopt a classic method to produce a particular wine that doesn’t involve the use of expedition liquor, but relies solely on 100% grape. This allows us to obtain a product with an authentic and original taste, fully respecting the ancient techniques of our land.
